Follow the easy steps to register with findrishtey.com:

  • Click here to open the Registration page.
  • Now fill out all the fields and click "register me".
  • You will get OTP on your mobile and email address.
  • Enter 4 digit OTP in both fields and click "verify me".
  • Congratulations, You now registered with findrishtey.com

Registration at findrishtey.com is absolutely free. But at the time of profile creation you have to select any of our membership plan. After successful payment your profile will be active and visible to every member.

  • Click here to open the forget password popup box.
  • Now fill registered email address and click "Submit".
  • You will receive password reset link via email on your registered email address
  • Click the link to reset your password and use the new password to login to findrishtey.com.

In order to provide safe and authentic environment to our member, we verify your mobile and email address via OTP. apart from that, we use email address to send payment link and digital invoice. & we use mobile number to contact profile holders. so mobile and email verification is important part of our system.

  • Now enter new mobile number in "Update Mobile Number" section and click "Get OTP".

  • Login into your account and Click here to open the My Account page.
  • Now enter your current password and new password in "Update Account Password" section and click "Update & Save".

Following are the cases for this:
The main reason for profile "Inactive" is that your membership plan may be "Expired" or profile may be "hide" by you.

  • Membership "Expired": In this condition you have to renew you membership. Click here to open payment and membership page. Now click on "Renew Membership Plan" button & choose your plan and submit.
  • Profile "Hide": In this condition you can make your profile "Active" yourself by going "Privacy Control Settings" Page.
    Other reasons are:
  • Your profile may be suspecious.
  • You may be not following all the content guidelines of findrishtey.com.
  • Someone reported about your profile for information misuse, use of abusive language, online hassasment or any other illegal activity.

Only one profile is allowed per person in findrishtey.com account. However if you wish to create profile additionally for others like sibling, relative or friend, you can do so by creating account using a different email address.

In this case your profile status may be Inactive or Pending mode.

  • Pending: You have to pay your membership fee for to make your profile active and visible to everyone or you can see other profiles after successful payment.
  • Inactive: In this case you have to follow these instructions. Click here

Yes, You can Close/Hide/Delete your profile due to unpleasant experience or you found your parfact partner with findrishtey.com or outside findrishtey.com.

  • Profile "Hide": When you choose to hide your profile, it will not be visible to other members on findrishtey.com. We suggest you to use this feature if you wish to put your partner search on hold temporarily or you found someone but yet to finalize. In this condition you can make your profile "Inactive or Hide" yourself by going "Privacy Control Settings" page by login into your account.
  • Profile "Close/Delete": Congratulations, if you have found a partner. In this condition you can "Close/Delete" your profile yourself by going "My Profile & Partner Preferences" page.

You can edit your profile yourself by going "My Profile & Partner Preferences" page by login into your account and click on green "Edit" button.

You can "hide or make privacy changes" yourself by going "Privacy Control Settings" page by login into your account.

You can change your profile photo yourself by going "My Profile & Partner Preferences" page. Now follow these easy steps:

  • Click on green "Edit" button.
  • Below the current photo click "remove" and select new photo to upload.
  • Now click "Save & Update".

Sorry, Currently we are not accepting multiple profile photos upload.

Following documents are required for marriage profile verification:

  • ID Proof Document (Passport / PAN Card / Voter Id / Driving Licence / Aadhaar Card).
  • Caste Certificate Document.

Its not mandatory to upload documents, But in order to provide a 100% safe & authentic platform to our members, Its advisable to upload any of ID Proof & Caste Certificate. These documents are also measuring factor for "100% Verified Profile" tag.

Note: We do not share your documents with any 3rd party except local law enforcement agencies, if required.

You can upload or update your document yourself by going "My Profile Docs" page. Now follow these easy steps:

  • Click on "ID Proof Document" or "Caste Certificate Document" section to select document file" .
  • Now click "Upload & Save".

Note: Document size should be less then or equal to 5 MB and format should be JPG, JPEG, PNG, & GIF.

Follow these guidelines:

  • Photo size should be less then or equal to 5 MB.
  • Photo format should be JPG, JPEG, PNG, & GIF.
  • Photo should be front facing.
  • Photo should be clear and with no group of peoples.

Currently we are providing only "basic membership plans". So you can choose one of these plan at the time of profile creation. In near upcoming days we are going to provide you some more additional membership plans with new features.

After successful account & marriage profile creation, You will get digital invoice and payment link through email/sms. This link will be valid for 3 days.

You can request us for new payment link by sharing your findrishtey.com "account Id" and "profile Id" to us at help@findrishtey.com.
Note: If this second link get expired your account may be blocked by our team or you have to pay ₹100/- penalty for every new payment link after second link.

In this condition you have to renew you membership. follow these simple steps:

  • Click here to open payment and membership page.
  • Now click on "Renew Membership Plan" button & choose your plan and submit.
  • After some time you will get your new payment link. make this payment and your membership and profile will be "activated" again.

If your transaction is declined/failed/unsuccessful but the amount has been deducted from your account, please do not worry. your amount will be credited back by bank with in 11 days (or as per bank guidelines).
